The topics covered at this meeting will be feedback on watershed plan components and recreation. On May 18-19, the meeting will be held in Grangeville Forest Service office at 104 Airport Road. The May 18 meeting will cover Timber, Range and Species of Conservation Concern for wildlife and botany, while on May 19 the topic will be Designated Areas (Wild and Scenic Rivers, Eligible Wild and Scenic Rivers, Wilderness, Recommended Wilderness, Idaho Roadless Rule and Research Natural Areas).
After these meetings, there will be a break in collaborative meetings for the public to enjoy the summer and for the Forest to perform analyses. The meetings will reconvene in September to share the results of the analyses and to continue collaboration.
For more information on these collaborative meetings or how you can participate outside of the meetings, please contact Carol Hennessey, Forest Plan Revision Collaboration Coordinator, at 208-935-4270 or email firstname.lastname@example.org.
