MISSOULA (Dec. 10, 2014) – The Bureau of Land Management’s Missoula Field Office has completed a Decision Record and Finding of No Significant Impact for actions proposed and analyzed in the Chamberlain-Wales Resource Management Projects Environmental Assessment.
The Decision is to implement pre-commercial thinning treatment on 147 acres. Ideally, these actions will begin in 2015. The treatment activities will occur on BLM lands near Highway 200 west of Ovando.
