The likely publishing schedule from here until the news picks up will be either Tuesday or Wednesday and Friday, but we reserve the right to publish whenever, as it is our website. It may be the case where some news requires our immediate attention and it may look like we never stopped publishing daily, which is perfectly fine, too.
Whatever the case may be, we do hope you continue to read what we have to offer. It is wonderful that this website's readership continues to grow and now averages more than 2,240 readers everyday over the past three months, but in order to maximize your news experience here juxtaposed with the amount of winter time news from our subject areas, we will likely hold off on daily publishing so that there is enough news to justify publishing. Remember that our news feeds will continue to publish the news as each agency releases news to its respective RSS feed and you will see it here as fast as you would see it anywhere else that employs those feeds. We will continue to be a treasure trove of information on natural resource agencies on subjects such as wildfire, hunting, fishing, and various other subjects that relate to state hunting and fishing agencies, environmental and conservation group news, BLM, Forest Service and National Park news and recreation news. If you missed something over the past 15 months that we covered, it remains here, you need only find it by clicking on one of the categories to the right of the blog. And besides, winter in McCall, Idaho is a bit harsher than most and we need time to go cross-country skiing and snow-shoeing to ensure we don't add 50 pounds over the elongated winter here. Due to important breaking news, though, it could seem like we are publishing the same as always. We'll see what happens as the days unfold.
If you disagree with this decision, you may sound off in the comments section below. Again, thank you for reading.
