Land Management Agencies in Southwest Idaho Rescind
Stage 1 Fire Restriction
BOISE, ID – Wildfire danger has lessened in the Owyhee Mountains area of Idaho. Therefore, pursuant to Title 43 CFR 9200, subpart 9212.2, the Bureau of Land Management (BLM) Boise District and Twin Falls District have rescinded Stage 1 Fire Restrictions on BLM managed lands on areas of the Boise District and the Jarbridge Field Office within all of Owyhee County and south of the Snake River.

Pubic should remember to use caution while recreating on public lands in Idaho. Although wildfire danger has lessened the potential for human caused ignitions still exists.
