The featured presenter for the Blue Cowboy Moon will be:
· T.J. Casey, a cowboy/western country music singer, poet, and local historian. He was recently awarded the 2015 Western Music CD of the Year and was also inducted into the National Traditional Country Music Hall of Fame. T.J. will be playing music from approximately 7 p.m. to 9 p.m.
To find the Palisades Trail, drive west from Red Lodge on MT Hwy 78. Drive 1 mile and turn left (west) onto Fox Rd. Drive 1.7 miles until the road dead-ends at the trailhead. The concert will be performed approximately 0.5 miles from the trailhead. Please come prepared for this short walk. We will plan to begin walking from the trailhead at 6:30 p.m.
This event is held on the night of the full moon. Participants may want to bring a blanket or chair to sit in, as well as a flashlight. Anticipate the weather and dress in layers accordingly.
