The Forest is conveying into private ownership seven parcels at the old Reder Administrative Site north of Hill City, South Dakota. During the open houses, Aug. 26 and Sept. 11, from 2 p.m. to 5 p.m., there will be a Forest Service representative on-site at Parcel C to provide maps and other information. The parcel corners will also be marked with pin flags.
Two of the parcels have homes located on the property. The remainder of the parcels are vacant. The homes were constructed in 1958 and will share ½ interest in a well and common driveway. A parcel map is attached and is also available on the Black Hills National Forest website.
