Farmington — Keith Fullenkamp, a conservation officer with the Division of Wildlife Resources, lost his life in a car accident recently while traveling home from a hunt in Colorado.
In addition to serving Utahns as a wildlife officer, Fullenkamp was a devoted husband and father. He leaves behind a wife and a 1-year-old son.
To raise much-needed funds for the family he left behind, DWR officers and representatives from several organizations are coming together to hold a Sergeant Keith Fullenkamp Remembrance Dinner.
The dinner, which includes a live auction and silent auction, will be held Oct. 9, starting at 6 p.m., at the Davis County Fairgrounds, 151 S. 1100 W. in Farmington.
"Please join us in helping support the Fullenkamp family in this time of crisis," asks Mike Kinghorn, a DWR conservation officer who served with Fullenkamp. "The dinner costs $20 per person. All of the proceeds will go to the Fullenkamp family."
