Prohibitions at Oregon’s marine reserves at Redfish Rocks and Otter Rock are in effect as of Jan. 1, 2012. Fishing, crabbing, clamming, hunting and gathering seaweed are all prohibited. Beach walking, surfing, bird watching, diving and other non-extractive uses continue to be allowed.

2013 Oregon Sport Fishing Regulations (pdf) provide requirements for all zones. However, additional regulations may be adopted in this rule division from time to time and to the extent of any inconsistency, they supersede the 2013 Oregon Sport Fishing Regulations.
