There are 16 days left to meet our $25,000 goal to protect the Lochsa and Clearwater Wild and Scenic Rivers, and the $10,000 we've raised so far is only 40 percent of that mark. So I'm writing to ask for your help today.
1. Please share this email and/or the campaign link (http://igg.me/p/894506/x/8362860) with your family and friends via email and social media. The more people see the campaign the greater awareness we'll generate, and the more people will donate.
2. If you haven't yet, please donate yourself. We've got some fantastic perks available to those who contribute, and the bottom line is that you'll be making a difference for the stunning Lochsa and Clearwater rivers--as well as Wild and Scenic Rivers nationwide.
3. Write a letter to Forest Service Chief Tom Tidwell (linked on our campaign page) and tell him 1) it's the Forest Service's responsibility to protect America's first Wild and Scenic Rivers, 2) the Lochsa-Clearwater is too precious for big oil and 3) failing to act will threaten Wild and Scenic Rivers across the nation.
Again, follow this link to Fighting Goliath, share it with your family and friends and please make a contribution. Your support will make a difference for our Wild and Scenic Rivers for generations to come.
For the rivers,
Idaho Rivers United
