The California State Park Grants and Cooperative Agreements Program (CSPGCA) provides funding for the management of OHV recreation in the state of California through grants to cities, counties, districts, federal and state agencies, educational institutions, federally recognized Native American tribes and non-profit entities.
The program supports the planning, acquisition, development, maintenance, administration, operation, enforcement, signage, restoration and conservation of trails, as well as construction of trailheads, riding areas and other facilities associated with the use of OHVs. The education and safety program will introduce the public to travel management and safe and responsible riding techniques.
