The Commission will receive updates on antler hunting in western Wyoming, chronic wasting disease, brucellosis surveillance, a Rock River poaching case, game bird farm survey results, bird monitoring and conservation efforts, and an update on the 2015 legislative session. In addition the Commission will hear presentations on North Platte River flushing and large carnivore conflicts.
The meeting will take place Jan. 22-23 at Cheyenne Game and Fish Headquarters beginning at 9 a.m. on Jan. 22 and 8 a.m. on Jan. 23. An executive session is planned for 8 a.m. on January 22 to update Commissioners on matters related to litigation.
